In 1992, Mr. Gajanand Kansal's elder son, Mr. Rakesh Kansal, joined the business, followed by his younger son, Mr. Pramod Kansal, in 1998. Together, they substantially grew the business.
As we step into 2024 with the launch of M/s Kansal Spinning Mill Pvt Ltd, we are excited to continue our legacy of innovation and excellence. Together, we will weave the future of textiles.
Meet Our Team
Gajanand Surajbhan Kansal is the esteemed promoter of Kansal Group, which he established in 1988 after moving from Dhrangadhra, Surendranagar district to Surat to start a textile business with the help of his relatives. With over four decades of experience in the textile industry, he has been instrumental in the group's growth and success. In addition to his role as promoter and chairperson of Kansal Spinning Mills Private Limited, he is actively involved in social and charitable activities, serving as a trustee in various trusts dedicated to the betterment of society and the nation.
Mr. Kansal is currently associated with five companies, holding directorships at Kansal Texo-Tube Pvt Ltd, Kansal Spinning Mills Private Limited, Zinc Sabarmati Hotel Private Limited, Tapti Valley Education Foundation, and Ayush Texlene Limited.
Rakesh Gajanand Kansal, aged 47, has over three decades of experience in the textile industry. He joined Kansal Group in 1992 and has significantly contributed to its growth, setting new benchmarks for the business. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree, he adeptly handles the production and marketing departments at Kansal Spinning Mills Pvt Ltd.
Rakesh is also a director at Kansal Texo-Tube Pvt Ltd, Kansal Spinning Mills Private Limited, Zinc Sabarmati Hotel Private Limited, Ayush Texlene Limited, and Ichhapore Textile Park Private Limited. His expertise in production and marketing has been pivotal in driving the company's success.
Pramod Gajanand Kansal, aged 44, brings over two decades of industry experience, specializing in marketing and financial management. Since joining in 1998, he has been pivotal in achieving new business benchmarks. Pramod holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and oversees the financial and administrative departments at Kansal Spinning Mills.
He also serves as a director in several other prominent companies naming Kansal Texo-Tube Pvt Ltd, Kansal Spinning Mills Private Limited, Ichhapore Textile Park Private Limited, Zinc Sabarmati Hotel Private Limited, Ayush Texlene Limited
Ayush Rakesh Kansal, aged 24, represents the third generation of leadership at the esteemed Kansal Group. Building on the legacy established by his grandfather, Gajanand Kansal, and guided by his father and uncle, Mr. Rakesh Kansal and Mr. Pramod Kansal, Ayush brings a blend of youthful energy and strategic vision to the family business.
Ayush pursued his undergraduate studies in BMS at Mithibai College, Mumbai, and furthered his expertise in international business at Bayes Business School, City University of London. His education focused on expanding the group's import and export operations, equipping him with the skills to navigate and excel in the global marketplace.
