Sayan Textile Park Pvt Ltd
Kansal group has bought 2.5-lac sq. meter land from State government GIDC, in the year 2008 and built integrated Non Polluted Textile Park, which is branded as Weal Textile Park. Kansal group are in partnership with SayanTextile Park. In this textile park Kansal group have majorly given plots to textile companies.
Pipodara Textile Park Pvt. Ltd.
In a joint venture project with Rajhans Group, Kansal Group bought land of 4.17 lac sq. meter at Lindiyat, Surat in the year 2016 and built a huge Integrated textile park with CEPT. Kansal group are the major shareholder in this project. Kansal group have branded this project at Rajhans Fila.
NSP Infrastructure Pvt Ltd
Kansal group has bought more 2.5 lac Sq. meter land in integrated textile park scheme from GIDC in the year 2018 in partnership to construct Textile Park. This project is under construction. This project is branded as Weal Textile Park.
Housing Projects
Weal Housing Project
In joint ventures with Tirupati Balaji Developers, Kansal group have built low cost housing flats in Sachin, Surat. This housing Scheme contains 1500 flats. This project is branded as Weal.
Union Residency
In Joint Ventures with Sumangal Developers, Kansal group has built one of the iconic housing projects of Surat in the construction area of 3.2 lac sq. feet, which contains 80 flats. This scheme is located in Vesu, which is one of the posh areas of Surat today. The eye-catching architecture has been conceptualized from the Marina Bay of Singapore, where the towers are inter-connected by bridge.
Crimson Palace
In a joint venture project with Saragam Builders, Kansal group has built a 72 flat scheme in the construction area of 2.6 lac square feet at Bhatar, Surat. This is also a very famous and successful project.
Union Infra, Dahej
Kansal group built a Resort in the area of 10.8-acre land containing 125 Bungalows, clubhouse, Tennis court, Swimming Pool and Restaurant in Dahej in the year 2010. Kansal group are major shareholders of this project. Kansal Group has rented this property to Siemens Germany from 2010 to 2015. Now this property is vacated and Kansal group is working on modification and renovation work of this property so that Kansal group can lease the same to another company.
